Every UPS Store accepts live shipments.

In case the staff didn't read the email from corporate allowing non-venomous snakes, show them the "UPS Approval of Live Animal Shipping" letter.

Regarding Insurance for Live animal shipping: We look at the weather and the systems for UPS . After analyzing the information, we decide if insurance is available for HUB only or HUB & HOME deliveries. 

Insurance for home deliveries -

• $2500 maximum value on insured shipments.

• Be sure to review what the guaranteed time of delivery is for the specific address.

• We will pay out based on the agreed delivery time.

• Any issues must be reported within our guidlines.
